Scuba Diving Option from the Cruise Ships

At this time a few select ships offer itineraries which have scuba diving option. Mostly diving in the Galapagos consist of Live-Aboard dive boats, where you do not visit land destinations, or by doing daily diving either before or after your cruise.

The few ships with this diving option allows you to enjoy a cruise through the Galapagos Islands and a couple days of scuba diving. It is a little mix of both live-aboard and cruise ship.

There is an additional cost to dive.

• A minimun of 2 passengers must be diving
• Minimun 2 dives per client per day
• Must be Certified for scuba diving
• Passengers diving will miss the morning land excursions
• 2 Land visits will be missed for diving on Mondays

• Diving Equipment
• Dive Master
• 2 dives

All diving must be arranged prior to embarking on the cruise.

• A minimun of 2 passengers must be diving
• Certified scuba divers and uncertified "Discover Scuba" options available.
• Passengers diving will Not miss island visits
• Night diving possible
• Dive range from Beginner to Advanced

•  Wetsuits, fins, mask, regulator, gauges
•  Dive Master

• Every other week there is a live-aboard 8 day cruise. Capacity: 14 passenges
• Must be Certified for scuba diving
• The Scuba cruise is only for diving.

•  2 to 5 dives daily

•  Tanks, weights, weight belts

• How many dives have you logged?
• What was the date of your last dive?
• Do you have experience with drift and wall diving?
• Do you have experience with diving in cold water and with 6mm wet suit?
